Martynovych D. Modeling impact of the state aid tools on development of the strategic sectors of the national economy.

The dissertation is devoted to development of theoretic-methodological ensuring economic-mathematical modeling the mechanisms of economic development of the resort-recreation sphere in the conditions of transformations. The conceptual principles of modeling and the analysis of economic processes, which take place in the resort-recreation sphere, are developed and scientifically reasonable. The complex of provisions and the principles, which allow to prove mechanisms of behavior and adaptation of resort-recreation systems in the nonlinear dissipative environment, to determine parameters of their steady economic functioning and to develop modern strategies of development and mechanisms of competitiveness taking into account system and cost effects is their basis. According to the offered approach the complex of economic-mathematical models of formalization the mechanisms of functioning of economic transformations and transformational cycles in resort-recreation systems is constructed. Also, set of structurally functional and behavioral models, which develops and supplements system approach to definition of transformations of difficult resort-recreation systems in the conditions of instability, a disbalance and self-organization. Theoretic-methodological approach to creation of the mechanism of formation of competitive strategy of development of a resort-recreation complex is offered and the methodological principles of an assessment and use of transformational effects in the resort-recreation sphere are proved.
