Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of the process of pedagogical consciousness formation of future higher school teachers, the determination of the level of pedagogical consciousness formation of future higher school teachers, the development of organizational and methodical system of pedagogical consciousness formation of future higher school teachers, the definition of the best ways and methods of its implementation, the confirmation of efficiency of its introduction into the educational process of higher school. In the structure of pedagogical consciousness formation of the future higher school teachers the following three main components have been defined: content and activity, emotion and value, estimation and reflection. In accordance with the selected components, criteria, indicators and levels of pedagogical consciousness formation of the future higher school teachers have been developed. Implementation of the developed organizational and methodical system of pedagogical consciousness formation of the future higher school teachers through the use of the special course "Pedagogical consciousness formation of the future higher school teachers", moderation seminar, compilation of pedagogical consciousness self-development plan by the future higher school teachers, implementation of self-development plan by the future higher school teachers have been carried out in forming experiment, proving efficiency and positive dynamics of pedagogical consciousness formation in its structural components.
