Essay

Object - project management processes; objective - improving the quality of project management by forming the component composition of special corporate documents on management; research methods - system analysis, mathematical programming and statistics, simulation modeling, apparatus of Petri nets, operations research, fuzzy sets theory; theoretical and practical results - models and methods of forming the component composition of the project management guide in order to reduction costs and time for the implementation of complex, expensive and responsible projects and reduce the risks associated with these projects; novelty - for the first time created a generalized body of knowledge in project management, which is in contrast to existing standards, guidelines, methodologies combines principles, processes, life cycles, organizational structures, roles and responsibilities fully plan-driven and Agile methodologies that allows to create a special management guide for the conditions of a particular project, for the first time proposed the method of forming the component composition of project management guide, which differs from the known ones uses the analytical and simulation models, which allows more justifiably to choose the best combination of components of the generalized body of knowledge in project management, it has been further developed the mathematical model and method of choosing the project management methodology, which differs from the known ones use the fuzzy representations about the laboriousness, the cost of management operations, risks and the constraints on the cost of management operations, which allows better to take into account available expert assessments of these parameters, it has been further developed the simulation model of the project, which, unlike the existing ones, simulates the work of the IT project team and uses the extension of the simple Petri nets, which allows estimating time and cost of software product development; the degree of implementation - the results are implemented in the company "International Industrial Development Company" and in the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute"; field of application - IT project management.
