Kushnirenko K. Psychological features of job specification activity of the bank sphere spesialists

The paper presents theoretical generalization and solving actual scientific task which consists in the complex analysis of professional activity with development of job profile diagram and psychogram of bank experts who work in the person - person system. We proved psychodiagnostic tools and developed the empirical model of job specification research of the bank experts activity that allowed to find out features of the professionally important qualities of surveyed. We defined the main requirements imposed to the subject of activity who works in the bank sphere with clients. They include professionally important qualities on such components - social and communicative, emotional and strong-willed, individual and psychological, motivational and typological.
