Shnaider V. The pathology of the fallopian tubes by cows: spreading, diagnostics, therapy

The object of research: the dynamics of the physiological condition of the of cows' reproductive system under symptomatic forms of infertility. The purpose of research: to justify the differential diagnosis and comprehensive treatment of cows for tubal pathology. Diagnostic techniques: obstetrical and gynecological check-ups, clinical and physiological, morphological, pathological, morphometric, statistical. Scientific novelty: For the first time was theoretically and experimentally proved clinical differentiation of tubal pathology among the diseases of internal genital organs as a cause of symptomatic forms of infertility and was offered comprehensive treatment of infertile cows. Was offered their own design of advanced device and method for perturbation of fallopian tubes. For the first time on the internal genital organs of cows was determined patency of the fallopian tubes towards the uterus - fallopian tubes and fallopian tubes - uterus and was proved the optimal pressure for perturbation of fallopian tubes. It was complemented by data on morphology fallopian tubes at different physiological state of the body and the flow of compatible pathology of organs as a cause of symptomatic forms of infertility cows. It was theoretically and clinically justified the reasonable regulation function of anatomical adaptations between the internal reproductive organs in the cranial direction cervix - uterine tube watering hole, and caudal - watering hole - the cervix. Was established the compliance with clinical diagnosis disease of cows as a cause of infertility and symptomatic forms of pathological changes of internal genital organs. Was offered: conservative therapeutic two-stage method of differential diagnostics of сondition of the fallopian tubes among pathologies of internal genitals as a cause of symptomatic forms of cows' infertility . A simple way in implementation of perturbation was implemented into clinical practice to diagnose tubal patency and their use as treatments. Were supplemented clinical symptoms progress of tubal pathology with pathological changes of internal genital organs. Was proposed, approved and implemented effective way of treating cows for tubal pathology. Were implemented: Materials of dissertation are used in education while studying the discipline "Obstetrics and Gynecology" and in the research made by departments of obstetrics, Zhytomyr National Agroecological University, Lviv National University of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology named by S.Z. Ґzhytskoho, Sumy National Agrarian University, State Podolsky agricultural and technical University, Kharkiv state Veterinary Academy. According to the results of research were developed guidelines "Tubal pathology of cows (distribution, diagnosis, treatment)", approved by the Directorate of Veterinary Medicine in Zhytomyr region (Protocol № 1 of 25.12.2014 yr.).
