Tkachuk I. Formation of Senior Students' Future Career Success Orientation.

The work deals with formation of future career success orientation in senior students during vocational guidance.Through theoretic analysis, the essence of a senior's future career success orientation is specified as a vector of his (her) vocational self-determination, which, on the basis of the formed own professional success image and an intention to meet the social-professional standard, determines the direction of individual organization and permanent self-regulation of own vocational guidance activity.The potential of vocational guidance in secondary schools is revealed in context of formation of seniors' future career success orientation. Criteria, indices, and levels of seniors' future career success orientation are developed and defined. Educational conditions of formation of future career success orientation in senior students are substantiated (activation of a senior's cognitive-search sphere in order to coordinate his (her) personal development possibilities and social realization in a certain profession; organization of project-constructive vocational guidance activity through performing by seniors tasks according to the chosen profession standard; involving of senior students to vocational guidance issues solving, practical implementation of their emotionally attractive image of future career success; strengthening of a senior's reflexive-regulative activity in order to form skills and qualities necessary for the organization, reflexing and regulation of own vocational guidance activity.
