Essay

The thesis was devoted to the study of the drugs action biochemical mechanisms of metabolic syndrome pathogenic therapy, which affect the eating behavior and are able to adjust the severity of obesity. During the experimental work it was found that high-calorie diet with added fructose and injected low doses of dexamethasone were accompanied by the development of the model pathologies in animals. In particular, it was metabolic syndrome in hamsters and insulin resistance syndrome in rats (according to model).
