The thesis reveals biochemical mechanisms of abnormal structural and functional state of cell membranes in rats toxified for 30 days by imidazoline-containing mixtures with traces of piperazine and aminoamide. In addition, the use of sodium succinate-based drug as a biomembrane stabilizer has been justified.It has been found that the effect of organic imidazoline-based mixtures is realized via the generation of reactive oxygen species, activation of protein oxidative modification, and adsorption of nonpolar groups inside cell membranes.
