Essay

The object is the vocational and speech training of future educators of pre-school educational institutions. The goal is to scientifically justify and experimentally test the pedagogical conditions for the professional training of future educators to the formation of creative skills in senior preschool pupils by means of theatrical and speech activity in conditions of higher pedagogical education. There are theoretic, empirical, statistical methods. Novelty - the pedagogical conditions for the training of future educators to the formation of creative skills in senior preschool pupils by means of theatrical and speech activity in conditions of higher pedagogical education. The essence and structure of the phenomenon "the willingness of future educators to the formation of creative skills in senior preschool pupils by means of theatrical and speech activity", the levels of its formation are characterized. Further development was given to the theory and methodology of professional training of future educators of pre-school educational institutions in higher educational institutions. Results - developed and experimentally tested the diagnostic and experimental methods of training future educators to the formation of creative skills in senior preschool pupils by means of theatrical and speech activity. Efficiency of implementation is high. Branch - pedagogical, higher and preschool educational institutions.
