Object: control processes of the production management system of industrial plants. Purpose: development of a set of economic and mathematical models designed to improve the efficiency of the production management system of an industrial plant through more efficient use of resources. Methods: system analysis and synthesis, simulation modelling, discrete-event modelling, methodology for designing information and information-analytical systems, agent modeling. It has been offered: first: the concept of modelling the production management system of an industrial plant was developed, which is based on the methodology of system analysis, simulation modelling and theory of constraint; it has been improved: the agent model of the process of involving staff in changes; it has been further developed: the simulation model of the conveyor line of an industrial plant, discrete-event model of logistical processes of an industrial plant, decision support system for managing industrial logistics processes of an industrial plant.
