Nartiuk O. Employment Provision for the Older Working Age Population in Ukraine

The object of study: the process of providing employment over working age in Ukraine. Objective: To develop theoretical and methodological principles of research of employment over working age and the development of scientific recommendations for the improvement of organizational and economic mechanism of maintenance in modern conditions the functioning of the labor market in Ukraine. Methods: abstract, logical, theoretical generalization, comparison, analysis and synthesis, statistical analysis, system analysis, sociological analysis, expert surveys, economic and mathematical modeling, scenario forecasting. Scientific novelty: first proposed conceptual approach to secure employment over working age in Ukraine through the identification of problems of social exclusion and inclusion; improved concepts and categories of the employment, organizational and economic principles provide employment over working age in Ukraine; got further development of theoretical approaches to the study of institutional and legal support employment over working age in Ukraine, identify manifestations of age discrimination in domestic employment, scientific and methodological bases of research of employment, methodology quantitative analysis of population trends of employment over working age.
