The dissertation is devoted to the study of the managing the practical training process of young technical specialists in the conditions of educational-scientific-production complex. In this paperwork for the first tame was theoretically grounded the model of the practical training process of young technical specialists in the conditions of educational-scientific-production complex. It refined the understanding of the essence of the practical training process of young technical specialists in the conditions of educational-scientific-production complex. The idea of complex and technological approaches to the management of the process of practical training of young technical specialties in the conditions of educational-scientific-production complex acquired its further development in this dissertation
