Essay

The object is the professional and pedagogical training of future educators in a higher educational institution.The goal is to theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the model of the formation of the systematics of the professional and pedagogical knowledge of future educators of pre-school educational institutions in the process of preparation at the high school.There are theoretical, empirical, statistical methods.Novelty - a model for the formation of the systematization of the professional and pedagogical knowledge of future educators has been developed and scientifically substantiated.The essence and structure of the phenomenon of "systematic professional and pedagogical knowledge of future educators", criteria with relevant indicators, the levels of the formation of the systemativeness of the professional and pedagogical knowledge of future educators are characterized.The further development has received the theory and a technique of professional training of the future educators of preschool educational institutions.Results - developed and experimentally validated diagnostic methods and experimental implementation of the model of formation of a system of professional and pedagogical knowledge of the future educators of preschool educational institutions.The effectiveness of the implementation is high. Branch - pedagogical,higherandpre-schooleducation institutions.
