The problem of education of culture of interethnic relations within adolescents in out of school educational institutions is theoretically grounded in the given dissertation research. The conceptual analysis of education of culture of interethnic relations is done and the categorical concepts of the study is specified, including the nature of the phenomenon of "education of culture of interethnic relations within adolescents in out of school educational institutions" as the process of forming the component of common cultural identity. The structural components are determined and the content of culture of interethnic relations is clarified. The basic laws of the process of education of culture of interethnic relations are characterized. The peculiarities of education of culture of interethnic relations within adolescents in out of school educational institutions are specified in our modern life. As a result during the research it was first theoretically grounded and worked out the method of education of culture of interethnic relations within adolescents in out of school educational institutions. The structural units are defined. They reflect the elements of experimental techniques: purposeful (subjects, objectives, tasks), diagnostic (criteria, indicators and levels of education of culture of interethnic relations within adolescents in out of school educational institutions), activity-organizing (scientific approaches, functions and principles of education , contents, stages, forms, methods, pedagogical conditions) and efficient (result). The realization of the elaborated methods of education of culture of interethnic relations within adolescents in out of school educational institutions was held through approbation during the process of arranging of educational activity of humanitarian and tourist-regional destination clubs. It was organized the educational work in out of school educational institution clubs according to three stages including the periods of the development of children's collective: preparatory, direct activity, concluding. At the beginning of the formative experiment, that is, during the preparatory stage, it was held a preparatory work to the activity in the sphere of interethnic relations within pupils and the heads of the clubs which included: gathering of objective information about international cooperation of adolescents studing of the national stuff of the club, testing the level of the formation of ethnic consciousness and selfconsciousness within all the participants of the pedagogical process, identifying the main features of the mentality of the representatives of different ethnic communities and nationalities, studying of the status of each pupil in the group of the children of the same age to identify the impact of mental characteristics of this or that representative of the group on his status. On the second stage of the formative experiment, the stage of direct activity, the adolescents investigated the cultural peculiarities of the native ethnic group. Later it was collected the information about social institutions in the field of interethnic relations. It was organized "The school of ethnic cultures"on the basis of which the cooperative work of the club members and the complex of training classes were founded. The themes comprised such units as: "I am a representative of my own ethnity", "Me and ethnic groups that surround me", "Conflicts and the ways of their solutions", "Tolerance in our lives". It is determined the content and the directions of cooperation of the heads of the clubs and the children's parents through realization of various forms of mass, collective, group and individual work. It was confirmed the validity of the author's experimental methods through dynamic quantitative and qualitative changes in the levels of education of culture of interethnic relations within adolescents in out of school educational institutions in the experimental and control groups in constative and control phase of the study. The content of the educational process of the clubs in out of school educational institutions by means of ethnic and multicultured facilities is improved.
