Object of research: processes of functioning, regulation and development of the labour market; purpose of the research: improvement of scientific and methodological provisions and development of practical recommendations for regulating the labour market in conditions of transformation of the structure of employment; research methods and equipment: theoretical generalization, comparison, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, structural and logical analysis, system analysis, monographic method, statistical analysis method, method of economic and mathematical modeling, sociological research method, method of questioning and short-term monitoring, graphic; theoretical and practical results: model of the development of social entrepreneurship, which is based on the principle of targeting, the principle of rationality and flexibility; mechanism of labour market regulation in Ukraine, which offers tools for integrated state and market impact on the labour market, systematizes labour market regulation in the areas of regulation; scientific and methodological support for the development of the labour market development strategy, which contains a complex of systematized labour market monitoring indicators, takes into account the peculiarities of regulation of local labour markets; theoretical and methodological approach to the study of labour market regulation problems, which is specific: the systematization of the features of its regulation at the macro-, meso-, micro- and nano- levels, the identification of methods, goals and instruments for regulating the labour market; institutional and organizational and information support of the medium-term forecasting of the occupational and qualification structure of employment on the basis of an analysis of the prospective staffing needs of the economy and the social sphere at the regional level by redistributing the existing functions of the employment centers and creating the appropriate unit in the apparatus; methodical recommendations for the periodic monitoring at the regional level of the needs of young people related to the sphere of their professional self-determination; degree of implementation: the developments are implemented in the practical activities of the State Employment Service (Central Office), the Donetsk Regional Employment Center, the Department of Social Protection of Population of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, the Department for Family and Youth Affairs of Donetsk Regional State Administration, Donetsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry, PJSC "NKMZ", in the educational process of the Vasyl' Stus Donetsk National University; Scope: the regulation of the labor market in conditions of transformation of the structure of employment.
