Essay

Dental gel "Lizostom" based on lysozyme hydrochloride for the treatment of gingivitis and stomatitis. Found that the study gel belongs to a virtually non-toxic compounds and does not galling action when applied to the oral mucosa of rats, the effective dose of 3 mg / kg. Revealed antiexudative, antimicrobial, hemostatic and reparative action gel "Lizostom". The influence of gel "Lizostom" on lipid peroxidation and antioxidant system. A reliable therapeutic effect confirmed by morphological studies in experimental gingivitis and stomatitis. Apply gel "Lizostom" in experimental gingivitis and stomatitis helps restore cytokine balance. Morfomethryc studies in experimental gingivitis indicated that the gel "Lizostom" morphofunctional increases the activity of fibroblasts, stimulates cell function protein synthesis soft periodontal tissues.
