Essay

The object of research is processes of project scope management. The purpose of the thesis is to reduce impact of information incompleteness of relativity of project product on planned expenses improving process of planning scope. Methodical basis of research is modern concept and methodology of project management. Expert evaluation method was used to develop the method to diagnose the impact of the organizational changes on business model of the company. Analytic hierarchy process was used to develop the model of project life cycle of organizational changes. By using systems approach there was developed method of decision making. For the first time there was developed method to diagnose the impact of the organizational changes on business model of the company based on the complicated typology of organization changes and method of business model building. In comparison with previously known, the method allows revealing of activities which are necessary for integration of project and its results into operation performance of the company and allows reduction of information incompleteness influence on relativity of project product. There was improved: - the model of project life cycle of organizational changes by using classifications and typologies of organizational changes in new property, namely instruments and methods of life cycle phases. This decision allows generate a preliminary project scope statement; - the method of support for development of innovation which allows planning project scope management for cases, when realization of project of organizational changes is impossible by existing funds and developing of new decision is necessary. Method of decision making in project scope management has received the further development. Method allows identify of objectively necessary works by conform of project decisions with target business model that allows increase the precision of the planning of the project works and costs. Results of research were implemented during realization of project of organizational changes at the company PC "Central girnicho-zbagachuvalny kombinat". Also results of research were implemented in study process of discipline "Organization and production management" and "Management of project participants" which is studied at management department in National aerospace university named after N. E. Zhukovsky "KhAI".
