Yurchyk I. Institutional provision of the development priorities of the national labour market.

The dissertation is devoted to the deepening of the theoretical-methodical principles and developing of the institutional provision for the development priorities of the labour market in Ukraine. The paper investigates the evolution of scientific views on the institutional provision for the functioning of the labour market and reasonably modern paradigm of management of the national labour market. Justification of the principles, methods, priorities and criteria for institutional provision for the effective functioning of the national labour market is provided. The effectiveness of the functioning of the labour market in Ukraine is determined, its institutional provision is assessed. The main risk factors that form the ineffective institutional provision for the labour market in Ukraine are identified, and the factors that form the effective institutional provision are also established. The paper forms and proposes the system of evaluation of the efficiency of the labour market and its institutional provision in the current conditions. The author developed a structural model of the institutional provision for the effective labour market in Ukraine and characterized its component elements. The expediency of improvement of legal, organizational, technical, informational and other subsystems is justified. A draft management structure in the field of employment and unemployment within the system of social security of the Ukrainian population is proposed. The measures and instruments to improve the efficiency of the labour market in the regions of Ukraine are proposed.
