Essay

The dissertation focuses on the analysis of formation of gender culture of junior pupils in educational activities of primary school. The theoretical basis for the formation of gender culture of younger schoolchildren in educational activities of primary school are grounded. Pedagogical conditions of formation of gender culture of younger schoolchildren in educational activities of primary school are scientifically substantiated and experimentally tested (development of gender competence of teachers, ensuring gender-sensitive environment, educational support of children gender identity, organizing of children gender education in education of primary school). Methodology of implementing organizational and pedagogical conditions of gender culture formation of junior pupils is developed and scientifically based, which reflects the harmonization of gender relations between girls and boys as representatives of the male and female part of society that is equal in opportunities for self-realization, self-expression, self-assertion, implementation of social and educational role, despite the various physiological, psychological and individual features. The meaning of "gender culture of junior pupils" are specified.
