Essay

Sanitary and hygienic evaluation of MolSan detergent and "TableDez" disinfectant was performed. Laboratory, toxicological, industrial research; Technological regimes of application are substantiated. Recommendations for their use have been developed and approved. To carry out the remediation of the cow's nape, MolSan should use 0.2% concentration. The "TableDez" solution of 0.1% concentration should be used for disinfection of milking equipment according to the developed regime, which will allow to receive milk of high hygienic quality.
