This thesis presents theoretical, methodological and empirical results of research aimed at solving the current problem of organizational psychology - psychological factors determining the adoption of innovations by academic staff of trade and economic area university. We created practical recommendations for optimizing adoption of innovations in quality management system, which include a set of organizational and psychological technologies, providing focus on achieving integrated results (quality) under negotiation, operation and development of its separate components.
