Essay

Dissertational work is devoted to the substantiation etiology of disorders in spermatogenesis imported to Ukraine bull-sires and develop ways and means of stimulating it. For the first time the results of clinical examination Andrologic presents a comprehensive assessment of imports to Ukraine bull-sires, diagnosed with some form of infertility proposed ways and means of prevention and treatment, increasing the quantity and quality of semen received from them. Experimentally using the device of his own design is argumented the expediency of biopsy testes of bulls-sires and received biopsy fit for the definition and assessment of spermiogenesis, spermatogenic cells and epithelial and interstitial tissue by making contact preparation histological examination of the parenchyma. Established the effectiveness of feeding bull-sires 10-day course of radiation across space testes incoherent polarized light using lamp «Bioproton Compact III» from a distance of 10 cm with an exposure 6 minutes as incentives spermiogenesis bullsires; subcutaneous administration of complex tissue preparations from tissues of liver, spleen and testes (10:2:1) at a dose of 8 ml per 100 kg on body weight three times at intervals of 7 days; in the composition of the diet polymineral feed additive «Minerolit» in the amount of 100 grams per day per head, shown an increase compared with the time of their application, sperm quality the activity of movement, concentration and the total number of sperm in the ejaculate.
