Manzhula S. Development and usage of the extended technological models in the economics.

The thesis presents a method for constructing the extension of the von Neumann's linear technological models and application of the extended models to the study of complex social-economic systems development in the case of Ukraine. The basic linear technological model has been extended by inclusion of human resources and applied to an open economic system. Additional specific products such as human resources and specific demographic (for natural growth of human resources) and educational processes have been added to the set of processes. For the aim of presentation a model of an open economy foreign production processes and import products have been added to the basic model. The extended model also incorporates services, including educational and labor, whose account differs from the account of the material products. Extended models were calibrated using the input-output matrix, statistical data on employment, demography etc. The stability conditions for the Ukrainian economy were tested and the possibility of the turnpike growth examined. The solutions of some problems related to finding the optimal parameters of the export and import flows, final consumption, as well as to optimizing of the educational process were considered.
