Essay

The theoretical generalization problem of formation of individual creative abilities of choreography future teachers during extracurricular educational work in higher education had been done in the thesis. The state of the problem had been revealed, the essence of the key concepts of the study had been clarified based on summarizing the philosophical, psychological and educational literature. We interpret formation of individual creative abilities of choreography future teachers during extracurricular educational work of higher education institutions as a purposeful process of engaging students in educational activities, which ensures the development of their individual creativity, motivation to self-activates creativity, creating opportunities for self-development, promotes the desire to search individual creative style activities and self-actualization. It had been found that extracurricular educational work of higher education institutions is powerful in shaping individual creative abilities of future teachers of dance. We define extracurricular educational work as a special activity in which the self-realization is the predominant element and which has great potential to meet the interests and creative self-development of the future teachers of dance. The forms of extracurricular educational work are visiting scientific groups, participation in conferences and seminars, competitions, workshops, concerts, festivals, watching performances, meetings with prominent choreography figures. The features of formation of individual creative abilities of choreography future teachers during extracurricular educational work in higher education had been disclosed. The criteria and indicators of formation of individual creativity had been defined as motivational value is formation of motives and needs in creative activities; availability of stable and positive interest in the educational process; desire for creative self-development; cognitive is knowledge: fundamentals of choreography; psychophysiological features and creative development of children of all ages, individual creativity development; professional and creative is capture professional-pedagogical skills; use dance skills; ability to use complex creative tasks for the development of individual creativity. Four levels of individual creative abilities of future teachers of dance had been described: self-actualization, creative, medial, minimum on the basis of certain criteria and their indicators. It had been proved and tested pedagogical conditions of individual creative abilities of choreography future teachers in extracurricular educational institutions of higher education: the creation of creative extracurricular environment as a motivational factor in the formation of individual creativity; activate students' knowledge about the potential use of choreography; the use of complex creative tasks in the process of pedagogical practice. Quantitative and qualitative analysis of the results of the experimental work confirmed the effectiveness and feasibility of reasonable and realized pedagogical conditions of individual creative abilities formation of choreography future teachers during extracurricular educational work in higher education. It had been conducted the presence the number of students with a level of self-actualization (1.6 %) and the increasing number of students with a creative level (8.7 %) in the experimental group of individual creative abilities formation of future teachers of dance. It had been determined to reduce the number of students from medial (+ 17.6 %) and minimum (-27.9 %) levels of individual creative abilities formation of future teachers of dance.
