Essay

The analysis of existing approaches of project team management is carried out.The team behavior model taking into account the level of competence and structure of the role interaction between the team members and determining the trajectory of project development is created. A generalized integrated multiplicative model of the acquiring knowledge adaptive process by the project team allowing to predict the possibilities of raising the knowledge of project team members and an algorithm for identifying the parameters of adaptation capabilities taking into account the implementation of project tasks determining the level of competence of the project team members, are developed. The method of forming a project team based on the differentiation of roles considering the types of interaction "cooperation" and "competition" and showing the ability of each member of the team to change or maintain the functioning system parameters allows determining the point of equilibrium of trends in their role activity.
