Essay

Thesis of is devoted to the chronopharmacological study of the activity of hepatoprotective medicines. It has been verified that the use of hepatoprotectors – antral and silymarin (karsil) against acute paracetamol hepatitis is characterized by the most significant manifestation of their pharmacological effect in the morning (9 am) and in the evening (9 pm), and in case of hepatoprotector medicine based on arginine glutamate – glutargin – at day (3 pm) and at night (3 am) time periods. The most pronounced effect of antral and silymarin in the acrophase of the hepatotoxic effect of paracetamol is determined due to their direct antioxidant mechanism. The effect of glutargin, on the contrary, is found to be better in the batiphase of hepatotoxic influence of paracetamol.
