Torzhevskyi M. De-shadowing of employment in Ukraine

Object of research: the process of ensuring the unemployment of the population in Ukraine. The purpose of the work: deepening of the theoretical positions and development of scientific and practical recommendations on the organizational and economic provision of the unemployment of the population in Ukraine. Methods of research: historical-logical analysis, systematization, classification, statistical analysis, graphical-analytical, variation, interconnections, economic-mathematical analysis, sociological. Scientific novelty: for the first time, organizational and economic provision was made for the reduction of the employment of the population of Ukraine; the organizational structure of supervision and control over observance of the legislation on labor and employment, methodical approaches to determining the level of shadow employment of the population has been improved; the further development of the conceptual-categorical apparatus of shadow employment, the systematization of the interconnection of the factors of the emergence and spread of shadow employment in modern Ukraine.
