Object of research: the process of regulation of the labor market of Ukraine in the conditions of the socio-economic crisis. The purpose of the work is to deepen and develop theoretical, methodological and organizational principles of labor market regulation and to develop scientific and practical recommendations for the improvement of the comprehensive mechanism of regulation of the labor market in the conditions of the socio-economic crisis. Methods of research: abstract-logical, theoretical generalization, comparison, analysis and synthesis, economic-statistical, system analysis, sociological and expert survey. Scientific novelty: the concept-categorical apparatus of the labor market regulation mechanism has been improved, theoretical approaches to the formation of a comprehensive labor market regulation mechanism, conceptual foundations of labor market regulation of Ukraine, scientifically grounded proposals for the formation of organizational and managerial approaches to the labor market regulation mechanism; further developed the systematization of institutional and legal tools for regulating the labor market taking into account international experience, identifying key indicators of changes in the labor market in the context of the socio-economic crisis, justifying the model of two-tier regulation of the labor market in a socio-economic crisis, methodological approaches to measuring performance indicators basic employment centers, proposals on the substantiation of strategic priorities of the mechanism of regulation of the labor market in the conditions of social economy term crisis.
