In the thesis it is presents the socio-philosophical analysis of "soft" management in the context of managerial strategies of the present. The analysis of the philosophical and methodological foundations of the "soft" management study was conducted; Socio-philosophic substantiation of the concepts of "soft" management; practical principles of the study of "soft" management "in the context of managerial strategies of the present in Ukraine. On the basis of complex, system analysis, the genesis of managerial thought in the process of social development is investigated. The emergence (formation) of "soft" management in the context of managerial strategies of the present - challenges and needs; the categorical research apparatus has been formed in the context of social-philosophic analysis. The study found that "soft" management is a concept. As the result of the research it was found that the soft management is a concept, that focuses on the search the that focuses on finding regulatory systems that are more effective and less repressive; the system of process control that can bring positive changes than "rigid" man-made (technogenic) system. The philosophical conceptualization of the phenomenon of "soft" management is characterized: the essence, content and basic preconditions of origin; modern trends of the prevailing state of "soft" management in the context of managerial strategies of the present: between "hard" management and communicative humanization; Criteria of effective functioning of "soft" management in the context of managerial strategies of the present are determined. On the basis of socio-philosophical analysis, criteria are set out for the effective functioning of "soft" management, which includes criteria for system formation, optimality, and efficiency. With the help of the above criteria, appropriate indicators of the functioning of the system are allocated. The "soft" mechanism of modern management (any: strategic, tactical, operational, etc.) is solved in accordance with the concept of "free man", creative, creative, multicultural, innovative with large-scale planetary thinking, capable of stimulating desired changes, managing them in the context of managerial Strategies. Management strategy - the general concept of changing the state of an object, system or process leading to the achievement of the proposed. The use of the principles of soft management of the international educational space in the domestic educational system leads to the formation of the creative and creative personality of the future. Among the main principles we have identified the following: "equal participation in management", autonomy, "free choice", "personal development", the application of innovative forms of work, the principle of international academic mobility.
