The mentioned investigation deals with the problem concerning application of market technology at school for general education (SGE) management. Pedagogic conditions to apply market technology (MT) in management of SGE was firstly defined and confirmed. Taking into account the results of PEST and SWOT analyses the outer and inherent pedagogic conditions to apply MT in management of SGE were defined. The outer conditions include: scientific, technologic, cultural, educational, social, economical, national. The inherent conditions concern material and machinery supply of SGE; scientific and methodic basis of SGE; teaching staff skills and mastery, management competence of all those who participate at SGE management. Argumentation and determination of pedagogic conditions dealing with application of MT at SGE management gives the author consent to ground long-term tendencies at education establishment development. The market aspect in management technologies was defined. The results of analysis dealing with problem state proved the following – market aspect is one of any management technology compound. The term “market aspect” means any method which helps to apply management technologies which is oriented to achieve purpose of SGE by means of demands forming and maximally meet consumers’ demands dealing with education services. The classification is presented and analysis of management technologies is put into practice. The model dealing with application of market technologies at SGE management was developed, theoretically grounded, and experimentally tested. The mentioned model has block construction, which contains the following components: aim, content, organization and activity, diagnostic and effectiveness. Defined model components are realized through the process of management (analysis, planning, organization, motivation, monitoring) and management activities which help to achieve desirable results. Three groups of MT at SGE management are lined: purposes (initiative and aim, program and aim, regulations) processes (management in accordance with aims, management in accordance with results, management based on needs and interests, management based on personals activity, as well as cases of emergency and exceptional event; management by means of constant monitoring and instructions, management based on “artificial intellect”) organization and executive. In accordance with scientific research novelty, the role and the place of organization and executive technologies are defined, namely: technologies of communication in management; innovative management technologies; expert and consultative technologies; personal management technologies; strategic management technologies; social and psychological technologies. Methodic ensuring to implement the model of MT application at SGE management was introduced. It was proved that basic demands as for methodic ensuring to implement the model is an orientation on needs and possibility to apply certain model in practice. The basic methodic demands, principals, tasks, functions of methodic ensuring to implement the model concerning MT application at SGE management were performed. Quality matrix approach was used to evaluate the effectiveness of MT application at SGE management. The main task of developed factor-criteria (quality matrix) model dealing with evaluation of effectiveness and results to apply MT at SGE management is to compare certain model with existent state of MT application. This method served as a basis to receive valued judgments (quantity description about object quality). Evaluation was carried out in accordance with defined levels: high, sufficient, middle, low. Effectiveness evaluation concerning MT application at SGE management was carried out on three levels: theoretical, methodical, and procedure. The main criteria dealing with theoretical level are as follows: cognitive, motivation, leaders’ available skills and abilities. Methodic level concerns purposefulness, situation, organization significance, technological rationality. Procedure level includes MT implementation, MT investigation, monitoring and analysis of MT application at SGE management. Algorithms and system were proposed to apply market technology at SGE management was introduced. It was confirmed that MT at SGE management is effective in accordance with developed algorithms which contained the following phases: 1) diagnostic and situation analysis based on problems or defined pedagogic conditions, grounding to apply MT; 2) MT implementation; 3) observation process (analysis and monitoring) of MT application effectiveness: 4) make decision about management technology to apply or stop its functioning; 5) recommendation concerning MT application; 6) summarizing and analysis of results to apply MT at SGE management.
