Tkachenko K. Experimental substantiation of application of the glucosamine with doxycycline combination at inflammatory joint diseases

The dissertation work of Tkachenko K. is devoted to the experimental substantiation of application of creation expediency of a new composition based on glucosamine hydrochloride and doxycycline for the optimization of antirheumatic therapy of joints diseases. The most effective, safety and perspective is the composition «Glucosamine with doxycycline (2:1)» in the conditional therapeutic dose of 44.86 mg/kg. The new composition has an significant antiexudative, antialterative activity and moderate antiproliferative effect. It has been proved that composition «Glucosamine with doxycycline (2:1)» in dose of 44.86 mg/kg due to antiinflammatory and chondroprotective properties has a significant therapeutic effect at the conditions of experimental osteoarthritis and rheumatoid (autoimmune) arthritis, which makes it possible to recommend the use of a potential drug based on composition «Glucosamine with doxycycline (2:1)» in dose of 44.86 mg/kg for the treating of articular syndrome, which accompanies the diseases of the musculoskeletal system
