Korniienko O. Socio-economic aspect of regional migration processes asymmetry

Object – regional asymmetry of migration processes, which is considered in the socio-economic context; goal – the conceptual apparatus of migration research has been improved, detection its interactions with socio-economic processes , development the practical recommendations for improving the effectiveness of the state policy to overcoming the negative effects of the asymmetry of migration processes; methods – statistical, graphic, scientific abstraction, observation, synthesis, generalization, system-structural analysis, economic-mathematical modeling; novelty – the theoretical generalization of the essence of the regional asymmetry of migration processes and advanced scientific and methodological provisions of its research, improved the conceptual apparatus of migration research, the classification of directions of the migration capital usage is developed, the necessity of migration asymmetry research is substantiated of both at the level of the aggregate migratory flows and at the level of enlarged flows, the interconnection of the migration balance and the international investment position of the country is explored, appreciated the factors of influence on the regional migration asymmetry; theoretical and practical results – it is developed the model that substantiates the growth of the relative migration balance with a decrease of the Ukraine's international investment position ratio to GDP, the influence of IDP (internally displaced persons) on the Ukraine migration processes asymmetry is revealed, a methodological basis for the formation of methodological approaches to the analysis of socio-economic aspects of regional asymmetry migration processes was created, the recommendations for mitigating the negative manifestations of the migration processes regional asymmetry are suggested; the results of the research are implemented into an economic practice.
