Мazov M. Development project portfolio management of metallurgical enterprises

The thesis is devoted to solution of important scientific and practical task – to develop and study management models of sustainable development of metallurgical enterprises through portfolios of projects. The work deepened the theoretical basis for the management of sustainable development portfolios of metallurgical enterprises, the features of the application of divergent method for given development scenarios of the steel market. A model of portfolio management for the sustainable enterprise development, which takes into account changes of strategy and changes of the portfolio in accordance with the state of the market for steel products, is proposed. Identifies of internal and external indicators for the state of the enterprise, that allow to make informed decisions regarding further reformatting of enterprise development portfolio. An adaptive mechanism for ongoing management of the sustainable development portfolio of the enterprise is developed. The developed models and methods of strategic decision-making for the development of the enterprise portfolio of projects were tested.
