The thesis of Savych A. O. is devoted to the experimental study of the pharmacological and phytochemical properties of the herbal antidiabetic collection. It was established the qualitative composition and quantitative content of the main biologically active substances of the antidiabetic collection, which cause its pharmacological activity. It is defined conditionally the effective dose of the herbal antidiabetic collection, which is 9 ml/kg. It was established that the antidiabetic collection exhibits expressed hypoglycemic, hypolipidemic, antioxidant, membrane stabilizing, pancreatic and hepatoprotective, anxiolytic and anti-inflammatory properties. The conducted studies prove the prospect of further study of the antidiabetic collection to create on its basis drugs to optimize the pharmacotherapy of diabetes mellitus.
