Zhvanenko S. Modeling of innovative-investment development in economy of the resort-recreation systems

The dissertation is devoted to development of theoretic-methodological ensuring economic-mathematical modeling the mechanisms of economic development of the resort-recreation sphere in the conditions of innovative-investment economy. Conceptual bases of modeling and the analysis of innovative-investment development of economy of resort-recreation systems are evidence-based and offered. The complex of provisions, criteria and formal definitions allowing to prove new mechanisms of development of resort-recreation systems, to determine parameters of their steady economic functioning, to estimate results of innovative and investment transformations is the basis them. Within the developed providing the complex of economic-mathematical models of the mechanism of functioning of innovative and investment transformations in resort-recreation systems is constructed, set of structurally functional and behavioral models, which develop and supplement system approach to definition of innovative-investment development of difficult resort-recreation system in the conditions of instability, a disbalance and self-organization. Theoretic-methodological approach to creation of the mechanism of formation of the competitive strategy of development for a resort-recreation complex is offered and methodological bases of public and private partnership in the resort-recreational sphere are reasonable.
