The thesis is devoted to the study of anti-inflammatory properties of ibuprofen esters in combination with low-frequency ultrasound after transdermal delivery. The screening of anti-inflammatory activity of ibuprofen esters was performed and the dynamics of changes in biochemical and morphological indexes in the blood of experimental animals was studied. First time installed that esters of ibuprofen showed high anti-inflammatory activity at a concentration of 0.5%, which was 10 times less than the concentration of the reference preparation ibuprofen. It has also been installed that anti-inflammatory activity of esters of ibuprofen is related to the length of their hydrocarbon chain. The combined use of esters of ibuprofen with low-frequency ultrasound promotes a faster return of the indexes of the affected limbs of experimental animals to the physiological norm in comparison with ibuprofen.
