Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the toxicological profile and the clarification of the neurotropic and anti-infectious properties of four purposefully synthesized compounds in the series (Mg, Co) bis (citrate) germanites (stannates). There has been first proved the safety of the compounds studied and it has been defined that (Mg, Co) bis (citrate) germanites (dosage) depending on dose and composition had a diverse neurotropic activity. The compounds showed anti-aggressive, sedative, anxiolytic, nootropic, anticonvulsant and muscle relaxant activity. In vitro experiments there have been first discovered the anti-staphylococcal properties of BAR for Staphylococcus aureus strains ATCC 25923 and 2781, S. aureus Kunda, in addition cobalt-containing compounds potentiated the action of the antibiotic benzylpenicillin-sodium. For the first time there have been found the anti-influenza properties of the compounds studied in relation to the human influenza virus strains A / Hong Kong / 1/68 (H3N2) and A / PR / 8/34 (H1N1) as well as H5N3 birds. The most perspective substance in this aspect is (Co) bis (citrate) germanite (hercocit). This allows you to recommend this substance for the prevention and / or treatment of complications of neuroinfections. The revealed mechanisms of neuronal action of germanites (GABA-mimetic effect) and stannates (anti-catecholaminergic activity) indicate their perspective for the development of new anxiolytic and neuroleptic drugs
