Ostapchuk A. Development of a system of maintenance and repair of means of mechanization of a reloading terminal

The thesis is devoted to solving the scientific and practical problem of increasing the competitiveness of cargo terminals of seaports by improving the system of technical maintenance and repair (TMR) of mechanization means. Based on a thorough analysis of the various strategies of the TMR of repairable technical systems, the obvious technical and economic advantages of using "state-of-the-art" strategies to improve the efficiency of the system use are brought. The graphical-analytical method for determining the actual state of a technical system using the construction of a petal diagram was developed. The model of information exchange on the state and efficiency of the system functioning is proposed in the work, which includes: mathematical, information, software, organizational and methodological support. The statistical method for determining the competitiveness of an enterprise operating in the market of port services has been developed. Identified internal and external factors of the port terminal, which determine the growth of its competitiveness. The degree of influence of the main characteristics of the TOR strategy on the internal competitiveness of the terminal was revealed. The numerical experiment proved that a 1% reduction in operating costs leads to an increase in competitiveness by 0.1 - 0.2%. Key words: competitiveness, maintenance and repair strategy, flap chart.
