Kachan H. Secondary employment: regulation and development

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the theoretical foundations of the development of secondary employment as a specific segment of the labor market, the identification of trends and consequences of distribution, substantiation of the directions of its regulation. The scientific approaches to the understanding of secondary employment are exposed and its author's interpretation is presented. Generalized forms of the secondary employment and its functions are systematized. The value-motivational profile of the secondary occupied population is determined (the desire to have a higher income, desire to improve their competitiveness, get a new profession, to raise qualification, test your knowledge and skills in a new place, to realize additional competencies). The algorithm of realization of administrative influences on development of secondary employment in the region is substantiated. Methodical recommendations for periodic monitoring of the results of managerial influences on the basis of the proposed system of monitoring secondary employment are given.
