Essay

The thesis is devoted to theoretical elaboration and development of practical tools of studying the process of labor migration in Ukraine and its impact on the transformation of the labor market and the assessment of such impact, justification of scientific and methodical bases of influence migration in accordance with modern requirements of international and national labor markets. The theoretical approaches to the definition of the external labor migration of the population as an institution of the labor market are deepened and the tendencies of external labor migration of the population of Ukraine and the consequences of its development under conditions of modern labor market transformation are determined. The key factors of the development of migration processes in the sphere of the modern labor market are determined and systematized, and the impact of external labor migration of the Ukrainian population on the labor market transformation has been assessed. The effectiveness of the institutional framework of regulation of labor migration Ukraine in the context of the transformation of the labor market is measured. Suggestions for improving the organizational structure of government in the regulation of labor migration and conceptual foundations of institutional and socio-economic trends implementing an active policy of migration in Ukraine are proposed. The priority directions and the program of regulation measures of migration under conditions of labor market transformation are proposed, the preconditions for the formation of an international type of employee and the profile of it are formed.
