Object: process of training of future workers of the social sphere for work with minor offenders in probation service; methods: analysis, synthesis, comparison and generalization of materials of scientific sources, questioning, testing, conversations, observation, pedagogical experiment, quantitative and qualitative analysis, methods of mathematical statistics; novelty: pedagogical conditions of training of future workers of the social sphere for implementation of social and pedagogical support of the minors exonerated with probation (updating of potential of elements' content of professional training of future workers of the social sphere for implementation of social and pedagogical support of the minors exonerated with probation, use of contextual technologies of training in the course of professional training of future workers of the social sphere, creation of motivation to social partnership have been defined, theoretically proved and experimentally approved as bases of practical interaction of future workers of the social sphere with minor offenders); entity and components of training of future workers of the social sphere for implementation of social and pedagogical support of the minors exonerated with probation have been revealed; the research vocabulary, in particular the concept "future worker of the social sphere", "training of future worker of the social sphere", "social and pedagogical support of the minors exonerated with probation" has been specified and concretized; criteria, indicators and levels of training of future workers of the social sphere to implementation of social and pedagogical support of the minors exonerated with probation have been shown; theoretical provisions about social and pedagogical works with minors with criminal behavior have got further development as well as the organizations in institutions of higher education of professional training of future workers of the social sphere for implementation of social and pedagogical support of the persons in "risk groups" taking into account specific conditions of professional activity.
