Shapran I. A method of estimation of efficiency of control of the technical state of the radio electronic systems of marine transport is during exploitation

For providing of accident-free exploitation of radio electronic system (RES) of marine transport the corresponding checking of them system is needed the technical state, which satisfies to the certain indexes of efficiency. In dissertation the actual scientific and technical task of development of method of estimation of efficiency of control of the technical state of RES of marine transport decides at application of mobile control-diagnostic complexes (MCDC). The practical value of the got results consists in that the methodical providing is offered for the estimation of efficiency of application of MCDC at control of the technical state of RES of marine transport. The got theoretical results can be applied at creation of MCDC for control of the technical state of РЕС of marine transport, and also widespread on other systems of marine ship. Thus the level of coefficient of readiness of RES of marine transport rises on 9%. Authenticity of determination of the technical state of RES of marine transport rises to the level 0,96 instead of existing 0,83, the increase of authenticity folds 14%.
