Essay

Thesis presents the socio-economic background of the emergence and development of out-of-school educational institutions in Ukraine, which determine the dynamics of the development of the first institutions of extracurricular education from the beginning of the twentieth century. Іn the context of cultural and educational work it is shown that during the first half of the last century the system of out-of-school education was finally formed, which provides the opportunity to stimulate and develop the abilities and interests of children in the field of art, painting, technology, tourism, physical education and sports, as well as identify types of institutions of extracurricular education – specialized and integrated (multiprofile), become constancy content and imperative-directive-unified forms of their work. It is noted that during the second half of the twentieth century, characteristic features of the modern institution of extracurricular education gradually formed as an object of strategic management. It is developed and scientifically substantiated the model of the system of management of multidisciplinary out-of-school educational institution on the principles of management and child (human) approach. Functioning of the model is provided with rational combination of vertical and horizontal organizationally-administrative, functional, informative, communicational, semantically connections.
