Essay

Thesis is devoted to the problem of the formation of the management culture of future officers in the process of professional training in the higher military educational institution. The analysis and the generalization of the theoretical positions of the management culture of officers in the psychological and pedagogical science, the theory and the practice of military management, provides a complete analysis of the genesis of the knowledge about military management, made it possible to specify the essence of the concept «the management culture of an officer» and to formulate the actual definition of the management culture of an officer in the context of the formation in future officers the professional readiness for real combat activity. The organizational and pedagogical conditions presented in their interrelation with each other, as the set of the concepts, that forms the one developed concept, which expresses the essence of the subject of this science, were determined. The developed professional and psychogram of the formation of the management culture of future officers is based on the Statutory requirements and the professional suitability of a tactical level officer in peacetime and in war time and consists of a psychological, commander-management portrait of the modern officer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The experimental verification of the effectiveness of the system of the formation of the management culture of future officers in the process of practical training involved the use of experimental research methods, such as, psychological and pedagogical methods (tests, questionnaires, interviews, observation), the methods of forming pedagogical experiment, the methods of estimating intelligence, the methods of mathematical statistics and showed the positive dynamics of the productivity of the formation of the management culture among future officers in the experimental groups, that confirmed by the data of the mathematical statistics.
