In the dissertation the necessity of use of health saving technologies in management of head’s functioning in preschools institutions (PEI) is determined and substantiated. It is defined as a system of principles, forms and methods of management supplemented by the classical techniques and influences of the departments of education giving them the property of health preservation and lead to the development of personal qualities of the head’s of PEI, which are aimed at preserving and strengthening of their health. The state of development of the problem in scientific sources is analyzed and summarized, the content of the main concept of the research "Management of head’s functioning in the preschool educational institutions on the basis of health saving technologies" is determined.
The classification of health saving technologies has been supplemented and specified taking into account the peculiarities of professional activity and the status of heads of schools. The classification includes a technology of health promotion (it shows the direct impact of the staff of departments of education on the functioning of the heads of PEI), technology of personal contribution (it is aimed at self-development of the heads of PEI, the formation of self-governing mechanisms, the development of a valuable attitude to their own health, motivation to the health saving, formation of a conscious understanding of the need to preserve and strengthen health, self-assessment of health and self-improvement, self-responsibility for health), technology of management of working conditions (it provides a continuous process of organizational, technical, psychological, psycho-hygienic and other measures aimed at preserving the health of heads of the PEI, reducing the impact of adverse and harmful factors on their body). It is may be an addition to existing classifications.
The model of management of head’s functioning in the preschool educational institutions on the basis of health saving technologies is developed and experimentally tested. The model involves the disclosure of a system of interrelated elements and activities of the staff of the departments of education when the necessary conditions for preservation and strengthening of the health of heads of PEI are created. The model demonstrates the components that reflect the structure of the management of the head’s functioning in PEI on the basis of health saving technologies, reveals the conditions for its implementation and replaces the reality in the research process. The model reflects the tasks that solve the subject of management in the implementation of health saving technologies. The main objective of the model is to ensure the management of the head’s functioning in PEI by the staff of the departments of education on the basis of health saving technologies.
The proposed model consists of four interrelated and interconnected structural components (dealing with concept and purpose, theory and methodology, organization and activity, evaluation and diagnostic), which reveal all the peculiarities of the use of health saving technologies in the management of the the head’s functioning in the PEI.
The methodical support of implementation of the model is provided. It contains an algorithm for its implementation. Criteria and indicators of evaluation the effectiveness of management of head’s functioning in the preschool educational institutions on the basis of health saving technologies are developed. Assessment of the effectiveness of management of the head’s functioning in PEI on the basis of health saving technologies is carried out according to the developed criteria: motivation (a set of motives that encourage the use in professional activities of health-saving technologies), cognitive (the system of knowledge that is necessary for the management of the head’s functioning in PEI on the basis of health saving technologies), operational (a set of skills that ensure the management of the head’s functioning in PEI on the basis of health saving technologies), reflective (satisfaction with interaction of management capacity for introspection of the own contribution to the management).
The ways of improving the management of head’s functioning in the preschool educational institutions on the basis of health saving technologies are identified through the establishment of a helping center to the heads of preschools. A help center is provided to the heads of PEI, which goal is to build a management system aimed at preserving the health of the heads of PEI in the course of their professional activities.
