Ignatenko T. Policy of Middle Class Formation under Changes

Object of research: processes of the middle class formation in Ukraine under changes. Purpose of thesis: development of conceptual grounds of the policy of the middle class formation and substantiation of scientific-practical recommendations and directives to increase the middle class share in society’s of Ukraine structure under changes. Methods of research: dialectical, objectivity, constructive and systemic approaches, category, statistical, and structural-functional analysis, logical and historical methods, regression and comparative analysis. Scientific novelty: first the conceptual-systemological grounds of the policy to form and to develop the middle class in Ukraine have been proposed with the development of structural-logical scheme solving the problem of its low share in the social structure; has been improved: classification of the middle class functions; systematisation of prerequisites of the middle class formation and development; have obtained further development: interpretation of “the middle class” concept; contents of the concept “policy of the middle class formation”; content-numerical features of the middle class identification; scientific-practical recommendations and directives to increase the middle class share in Ukraine under changes.
