Thescientificapproachesconcerningtheconceptofsocialcohesionanditsinfluenceonsocialcapitalarerevealed. Themethodicalprinciplesfordeterminingthelevelsofsocialcohesionandsocialcapitalintheirinteractionaresystematized. DiagnosticsofthecurrentstateofsocialcapitaliscarriedoutandthelevelofsocialcohesioninUkrainiancompaniesisanalyzedonthebasisoftheproposedauthor'stoolkitofsociologicalresearch. Therelationshipofsocialcohesionandsocialcapitalonthebasisoftherankcorrelationmethodisestimated. Theprioritydirectionsofdevelopmentofsocialcapitalintheconditionsofexistingtrendsofsocialcohesionaresubstantiated. Theorganizationalandeconomicmechanismofinteractionofsocialcohesionandsocialcapitalisdeveloped.
