Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of the neurotropic agents (citicoline and glycine) use peculiarities, as drugs for the maintenance of nonmotor manifestations of Parkinsons disease (depression, pain, sleep disturbance) under the conditions of experimental equivalents of parkinsonism against the background of amantadine based antiparksonian pharmacotherapy. On experimental model of parkinsonism clinical manifestations (akinesia, rigidity, tremor and “mixed form”) and neurotropic effects (pain, insomnia and depression) it was established that glycine at a dose of 200 mg / kg corrects neurological disorders during amantadine pharmacotherapy. The advantages of simultaneous use of glycine with amantadine are confirmed by the results of computer simulation of physicochemical interaction and determination of the glycine pharmacokinetic profile.
