Essay

The object is the interaction of the institution of preschool education with the family in the multicultural education of older preschool children. The purpose is to theoretically substantiate and test the pedagogical conditions of the interaction of the institution of preschool education with the family in the multicultural education of older preschool children. There are theoretical, empirical, statistical methods. The novelty is for the first time the scientifically grounded pedagogical conditions of the interaction of the institution of preschool education with the family in the multicultural upbringing of preschool children. The essence of phenomena "interaction of the institution of preschool education with the family in the multicultural education of older preschool children", "multicultural education of children of the older preschool age" is revealed; defined components, criteria with relevant indicators; the levels of multicultural upbringing of children of the older preschool age are characterized; the model of interaction of the institution of preschool education with the family in the multicultural education of older preschool children is developed; the theory and method of multicultural education of children of preschool age have been further developed. Results -the diagnostic and experimental methods of interaction of the institution of preschool education with the family in the multicultural education of older preschool children; workshop for tutors "Multicultural education of children in interaction with family", a special project for parents and teachers on their interaction in multicultural education of older preschool children has developed and experimentally tested. Implementation efficiency is high. The branch is pedagogical, preschool educational institutions.
