Essay

Object of research: the process of subinvolution of cervical uterus and its prophylaxis for the use of drugs of nanotechnology origin. The purpose of the research: to develop methods of prevention of subinvolution of the uterus from cows for the use of drugs of nanotechnology origin. Methods of research: clinical, physiological, morphological, immunological, biochemical, zootechnical, statistical. Scientific novelty: The content of Fe, I, Cu, Mn, Ca, Ca, Mg, K, Na in the lobes of cows for uterine subinvolution was investigated for the first time and the role of certain mineral elements (Fe, I, Cu, Mn, Co) in the etiology and pathogenesis development of uterine subinvolution. For the first time preparations containing the nanoparticles Kuprum, Ferum, Zinc, which were introduced to cows parenterally during the dry period, were used for the prevention of complications during the period of cervix and subinvolution of the uterus. It was first discovered that suppositories containing the contents of Kuprum and Ferum nanoparticles activate the state of the humoral and immune system of the body of the cows, the antioxidant system, reduce the content of lipid peroxidation products in their body and promote the activation of antioxidant enzymes. It is proved that the use of suppositories containing the Kuprum and Ferum nanoparticles reduces the service life of the period and reduces the index of insemination in cows. It is proved that suppositories containing Kuprum and Ferum nanoparticles and "Fos-Bevit" product positively influence the protein metabolism, normalize the functioning of the immune system of the body of cows, activate the functioning of the enzyme antioxidant system and prevent the development of subinvolution of the uterus. The patent of Ukraine for the utility model No. 117562 "A method for the prevention of post-calving pathology of cows with suppositories containing Kuprum nanoparticles" (2017) was obtained. Proposed: For the prevention of obstetric pathology in the pregnancy period of 35-25 days to calving, use cows "Nanovit" in a dose of 5,0 ml intramuscularly, and after leaving the litter, use intrauterine devices for 2 suppositories containing Kuprum or Ferum nanoparticles. For 1-3 days after calving, at 24 hours intervals, use the "Fos-Bevit" product at a dose of 0.3 ml per 10 kg of body weight, intramuscularly. Introduced: The main provisions of the dissertation work are introduced into the economy of different forms of ownership. The use of the proposed scheme on the farm allows veterinary specialists to prevent the development of subinvolution of the uterus in cows, reduce (less than 80 days) the duration of the service period and reduce the fertilization index, which enables to prevent the development of infertility and to receive an annual yield of each cow. The economic effect of the proposed scheme of prevention of obstetric pathology was UAH 4,6 per one hryvnia of the costs of the measures taken.
